Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is dispatched to you. As a matter of good practice, it is recommended that you check the item upon receipt. If you wish to return an item, you as the customer are responsible for the costs of return shipping. The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in the same condition and in the original packaging as when you received it.

Complaints
You have a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase. The complaint must be justified, and the defect must not be due to incorrect use of the product or damage caused by you. If you need to return an item in connection with a complaint, please contact me by email before sending the item back. Remember to enclose the invoice.

Payment
You can pay by Dankort or credit card. The webshop uses a secure payment solution that meets all applicable security requirements.

Delivery
I aim to dispatch your order the same day it is received, or the following day. Postage and handling cost DKK 62 incl. VAT. For purchases over DKK 499, I offer free delivery.

I typically register the following information: the device’s unique ID, IP address, geographic location and which pages you visit. If you provide your information yourself and give consent, the following will also be registered: name, address, email, phone number and payment details – usually in connection with a purchase.
